OK - I received an email with the memo from IHWAP about the newly required forms: 1) Inspection Detail Form 2) Inspection Summary Report 3) Completion of Work 4) Contractor Callback/Rework Notice From reviewing the Memo it appears that the only form that the client must receive is a copy of the Completion Form. Due to the repetitive data that is included on each form - I am going to combine them into one PDF document and when you type in the job number, name, address, city, contractor, etc.., on the first page, it will auto-repeat in the remaining forms matching fields - maybe saving repetitive cases of carpal tunnel writing syndrome. I have taken my job notes form, and 3 of the new State Forms and added auto-fill sections for the repetitive sections: Name, Address, Job Number, City, Phone, Contractor, etc.. How To Use: Open the document(1) Fill in the info on the first page(2) It will auto-fill the same info on the remaining pages - Print off and take to the job with you! It will save some time and wrist cramp. I am working on a complete fill-in form set that can be used on a tablet PC for field use with a portable printer. LINK TO FILL-IN FORMS
