Here is my draft Quality Control Inspection Checklist (Link Below Image) - Please Review and Comment. If you see any discrepancies or something I missed let me know. Once I finalize the form I will post it here for anyone to use. I am going to review the handout materials from the first group of IHWAP QCI Training and double check to make sure this for has all information. It should be close because I used the BPI QCI Field Guide Outline and the BPI Envelope Field Exam Checklist.
